 
Innovative Information System, Inc. (IISI) and Infosoft
GmbH, Germany have formed a preliminary partnership to
offer a "Complete IBM Downsizing Conversion Solution" for
HP in the U.S. This is a very significant announcement as
it adds tremendous momentum to our IBM Downsizing program.
 
IISI is a full-service information systems integration and
consulting firm with expertise on both the HP 3000 as well
as the HP 9000 platforms. IISI has been working with HP
since 1985 and is an integral part of the HP Systems
Integrators program. IISI has leveraged millions of dollars
in hardware and software sales and is currently positioned
as the key system integrator for the "Mainframe Downsizing
Campaign" in the Eastern Sales Region.
 
Infosoft is a company from Germany that offers a complete
conversion tool, CONVEYOR, for IBM CICS based applications
to move to the HP 3000 or HP 9000. CONVEYOR will convert
programs, screens and data from IBM to HP. Infosoft has
converted over 100,000 programs since 1985. Infosoft has
worked very closely with HP Boeblingen and helped over
seven different VARs convert from IBM to HP.
 
The initial partnership will allow IISI to use the CONVEYOR
product in their conversion practices.  In the long run,
this partnership will allow IISI and Infosoft to work very
closely together to leverage each other's conversion
expertise in their respective geographic areas.
